Senior Center Tax Seminar 11-14-16

The East Rockaway Senior Center held another informative program on  November 14, 2016.
Receiver of  Taxes Don Clavin was on hand to educate and inform those present and to answer property tax questions as well as teaching how to take advantage of every property tax exemption for which they were eligible.

VOER SURPLUS MILITARY VEHICLE

Hempstead Town Supervisor Anthony J. Santino and Councilman Anthony D'Esposito, helped the village obtain a militay surplus M90  2 1/2 ton all terrain, high-water vehicle.
According to Mayor Bruno Romano, this piece of equipment, obtained at no additional cost to taxpayers, will be used by Village Emergency Management.
