Village Zoning Appeals Board (ZBA)

The Zoning Appeals Board reviews applications that propose to use property in a manner that is not consistent with Village code.

If and when a Building Permit Application is denied, applicants have the right to apply to the Zoning Appeals Board for a variance. Each case must go through an application process and public Zoning Appeals Board hearing to determine whether a variance will be granted.
